LILY STONE GARDENS WEDDING VENUE NOW BOOKING INTO 2024 & 2025


Lily Stone Wedding Venue is a three season venue located 40 minutes south of Winnipeg. The charm of our venue is it is located right on our flower farm! Our unique facility offers a blank space for an incredibly romantic garden inspired wedding. During our local seasonal growing months we strive to use as much of our own grown flowers straight from our gardens that grow right behind the venue as well as supporting other local Manitoba flower growers.

The venue offers 3600 square feet of reception space and can comfortably accommodate 185 people.

We offer a fully open vendor policy. You’re welcome to hire the Lily Stone floral team to complete your florals if our design aesthetic of locally grown/garden inspired aligns with your vision. We will also happily make some suggestions of some wonderful vendors that know our location well and we have worked with in previous weddings if you like but you are more than welcome to bring in any vendors of your choice to complete your wedding team.

We can also provide wedding catering through Lily Stone Cafe, however there are limited spots available per season. The Cafe also offers services to add on to your event like late night pizza, individualized charcuterie cups, cupcakes, and desserts like our famous cinnamon buns and coconut cream pies.





WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL?


Use of designated areas on our property for pictures including bush line areas, ceremony locations, and flower farm gardens. (Note that the peak time for blooms is Mid July/August). Please note we are also a working flower farm and our gardens are meant for cutting purposes not yard beautification like traditional gardens so please be understanding of the more “working” look of our gardens. If it rains the gardens will be wet and likely not usable for pictures. However we do have many other areas on our property that would make excellent spots for your pictures. Our personal yard area and barn shop are not available for event day use or pictures.
Full access to our 3600 square foot, 3 season, wheelchair accessible facility from 10am – 1am. Set up can begin at 10am the day of your event with reception finishing at 12:45am. All guests must be off the premises by 1:00am. Tear down of any outside décor must be completed by 1:30am and all of the clients items must be out of the venue and off the grounds including items brought in by your service providers.
Use of the upper garden courtyard area for cocktails, appetizers, and mingling. The upper garden area will include simple seating areas. Garden lighting in this area is also included for a beautiful atmosphere.
Indoor washrooms attached directly to the venue
Kitchen prep room directly attached to the venue.
Guest tables are included in your rental and will be a mixture of round tables (8 person tables) and harvest tables to provide a unique floor plan. (Linens are not provided)
Guest chairs are also included in your rental.
Free accessible parking with the ability to drop off guests very close to the venue if they require.
We have multiple ceremony locations for our couples to choose from. We strive for our weddings to be unique, and we love to have the opportunity to stretch our skills and customize certain locations to our couples vision. We provide white benches for ceremony seating.

2025 RENTAL PRICES

June 2025 – Mid October 2025
Friday/Saturday rate: $5950 plus gst
Sunday rate: $5450 plus gst
Please note: If your event falls on a Sunday of a long weekend (Monday) holiday the $5950 rate will apply.
Non refundable retainer of $1000 is required to secure your date. The second payment of 50% of the remaining amount is due at the halfway point to the wedding date. The final payment is due 1 week prior to the wedding date along with a $1,000 returnable damage deposit.
