How can I book a tour of the venue or a floral consultation?

Thank You so much for your interest, we’re excited to meet you! Please choose the link you need below, fill out the information the best you can and we’ll be waiting on the other end! This is the best way for us to make sure there are no schedule conflicts and to make sure we get back to everyone!

Do you host weddings year round?

We host weddings at Lily Stone three seasons of the year. Spring, Summer and Fall. Our season starts in June and we continue hosting weddings into early October.

How many tables do you have? How many guests can I fit per table?

We have 13 large harvest style tables and 11 round tables available. 8-10 guests can sit comfortably at these tables, linens are not provided and will need to be sourced by our couples. Our venue offers 3600 square feet of reception space and can comfortably accommodate 185 people.

What is your guest capacity?

185 people is our maximum.

Where are you located? How far are you from Winnipeg?

Our venue is located 40 minutes south of Winnipeg. The charm of our venue is it is located right on our flower farm! Directions can be found here:

Are their hotels close by? What about transportation?

When you book here with us we provide a well rounded list of all our recommended places to stay and how to get back and forth with ease! Winnipeg would be the closest location for accommodation with limited options in surrounding areas (Morris/Carmen).

What kind of sound system do you provide?

We have a basic sound system that is included in the venue rental (speaker, microphone).

Do you have a projector?

Yes we do, it’s available for you to use with your venue rental. 

Are fireworks permitted?

No, we do not allow any form of fireworks on site.

Do you provide storage?

We do have an option for overnight storage at an additional cost. This is only available if there is no event the next day.

When do we gain access to the building on wedding day?

Full access to our 3600 square foot, 3 season, wheelchair accessible facility is from 10am – 1am. Set up can begin at 10am the day of your event with reception finishing at 12:45am.  All guests must be off the premises by 1:00am.  Tear down of any outside decor must be completed by 1:30am and all of the clients items must be out of the venue and off the grounds including items brought in by your service providers.

Can I set up the day before?

Access is provided at 10 am the day of your venue rental. There are limitations for earlier set up due to other events happening on the property.

Do you have highchairs?

High chairs are not something we have in our rental catalog but you are more than welcome to source some and bring them to use. 

Do you allow outside vendors for florals, catering, etc?

We offer a fully open vendor policy. You can use the Lily Stone floral team to complete your florals if our design aesthetic of locally grown/garden inspired aligns with your vision. We will also happily make some suggestions of some wonderful vendors that know our location well and we have worked with in previous weddings if you like but you are more than welcome to bring in any vendors of your choice to complete your wedding team.

We can provide wedding catering through Lily Stone Cafe, however there are limited spots available per season. The Cafe also offers services to add on to your event like late night pizza, individualized charcuterie cups, cupcakes, and desserts like our famous cinnamon buns and coconut cream pies.

Are we able to take photos in the flower field?

Use of designated areas on our property for pictures including bush line areas, ceremony locations, and flower farm gardens is allowed (Note that the peak time for blooms is Mid July/August).  Please note we are also a working flower farm and our gardens are meant for cutting purposes not yard beautification like traditional gardens so please be understanding of the more “working” look of our gardens. If it rains the gardens will be wet and likely not usable for pictures. However we do have many other areas on our property that would make excellent spots for your pictures. Our personal yard area and barn shop are not available for event day use or pictures.
