Lily Stone Gardens is located near Rosenort, MB, on the homestead of its owners, Kelly and Roland Tellier. This family owned business took bloom in 2012 with the first section of the flower farm acreage taking shape on the property. Today, the flower farm is one of the largest in Manitoba, spanning over two acres with row upon row of specialty cut flowers during the Summer growing season. In these early stages of growing the business and building a family, they attended local markets, selling bouquets and providing wholesale specialty cut flowers to local florists in and around Winnipeg. Kelly’s passion for designing florals with local blooms inspired the natural next steps in the business when they opened their brick and mortar flower and gift shop.
Flower and Gift Shop
Located on the property you will find a quaint flower and gift shop in the old barn that was converted into a store in 2017. This space has transformed over the years into a rural pocket of magic, with local giftware, hand-crafted and unique decor, vintage treasures, fresh flowers and tropical plants.
This is also where you can shop Lily Stone’s very own specialty cut flower seed line along with specialty corms that have been tested to grow in our zone 3 climate. These products are available both in person and in the online shop for purchase across Canada. Friendly faces, cheerful flowers, and a magical charm are guaranteed when you arrive!

Stem Bar & U-Pick
During the summer months, we feature an abundance of our own locally-grown flowers in our design work, both for wedding florals and local orders. The joy of cutting from the gardens isn’t only reserved for our team, we also want our customers to experience the magic of the blooms! During our most abundant blooming period in July and August, Lily Stone operates a flower U-Pick where our customers can stroll the gardens and cut their own beautiful bouquets to take home. During these months we also have a colourful stem bar set up in the flower shop with a curated selection of fresh garden stems that are ready to be plucked from vases and arranged into your own stunning bouquet, rain or shine!
the greenhouse
Our seasonal retail greenhouse is where we sell specialty cut flower plants for all the folks who have a love for growing cut flowers, just like us! The greenhouse generally opens early May through to the beginning of June. We offer Manitoba-ready varieties that will take your personal flower wonderland to the next level. The greenhouse is located next to the flower shop, nicely nestled within the courtyard that is attached to our Wedding and Event Venue.
The Lily Stone Event & Wedding Venue
This modern and dreamy space is located on the same property as the flower farm and shop, just outside of Rosenort, MB. This venue hosts our incredible wedding couples and their visions for a special day, as well as seasonal markets with local vendors, workshops that highlight some of our favourite times of year and corporate events during the holidays. We love that this space has become the framework for a magical day, no matter the season or reason!
A large part of designing this space included Kelly’s vision for flowers. Flowers everywhere! The cathedral windows are the perfect perch for greens and flowers along the windowsills. The fireplace was designed with an extra deep mantle to accommodate the arrangements that are overflowing with local blooms, grown right here on the farm. Perhaps the most impressive feature is the chandelier light box in the center of the space where creeping greens and hanging flowers sway among the lights as guests dance the evening away..
Catering and Bartending
The Lily Stone Cafe caters all types of events including weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, holiday parties and corporate events and luncheons. Our team always brings a friendly, professional and cheerful attitude along with the drive to provide excellent service every step of the way. Events hosted in our wedding and event space have the option to book our team for bartending services and streamline their vendor list. We are always happy to discuss this service during our tour and consultation process when our couples book with us.

A true historical gem located right in the town of Rosenort, MB, only five minutes from Lily Stone Gardens. A lot of folks make a day trip out of visiting our locations and enjoy brunch or high tea at the Cafe and then head over to the Gardens for a flower U-Pick!
The Lily Stone Cafe has character and charm and a warm country atmosphere with a back porch that’s perfect for afternoon High Tea in the summer. It has a long history with our local Rosenort families and is a historical home that was built nearly 100 years ago and moved to the site it sits on today. The Cafe is open year-round and serves tasty home style dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite! Our menu is full of treasured gems like our famous 'farmhouse salad', our giant cinnamon buns and mile high coconut cream pie!
The Cafe is also well known for its High Tea Experience, featuring finger sandwiches, dainties, and scones all made fresh in our in-house bakery and served on fine china. Cornelia Bean teas are local, plentiful and on the menu, no matter the occasion. In the summer months, our High Tea is also available for booking at the Gardens, where guests enjoy dining among the blooms, surrounded by florals in an enchanting open air structure on the property.
